For steel tank products, our company combined with the professor of physics School of Zhengzhou University to study and improve the pressure structure and welding process, the use of curved end cover instead of flat end cover, the use of brazing furnace automatic welding instead of traditional flame welding, greatly improving the pressure strength of steel tank products. At the same time, our company introduced laser cutting machine, automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, hydraulic tension machine, ammonia decomposition brazing furnace, welding robot and other equipment to achieve efficient automated production of steel tank products.
